Common Questions
All charters include the yacht, professional crew (captain, deckhands, chef, steward/ess), fuel for standard itineraries, water toys, linen and towels, and harbour dues. Alcoholic beverages, flights, and special provisions are handled separately and can be arranged by our concierge team.
Peak-season charters (June–September Mediterranean, December–March Caribbean) typically book 6–12 months in advance. Off-season or last-minute availability is often possible with 4–8 weeks notice. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to access the full fleet.
Absolutely not. All our crewed charters include a professional captain and crew — you simply sit back, relax, and enjoy. If you'd like to learn to sail, many of our sailing yachts offer optional hands-on lessons with the captain as part of the experience.
Entirely. Customisation is at the heart of what we do. Our destination specialists will work with you before the charter to build an itinerary around your interests — whether that's secluded beaches, famous ports, scuba diving sites, or Michelin-starred restaurants accessible by tender.
A 50% deposit is required at booking. Cancellations 90+ days before departure receive a full refund minus administration fees. Cancellations within 30–90 days forfeit the deposit. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, which we can help arrange.
Children are warmly welcome and many families charter with us regularly. We carry life jackets for all ages and can arrange dedicated children's activities. Pets are welcome on a yacht-by-yacht basis — please mention this when enquiring so we can match you with a pet-friendly vessel.
